Two rooms have an additional separate entrance from the outside. Heating: heated floor.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 200 l boiler.

There is a restaurant and a grocery store nearby (100 m far).

By public transport
Go by train of Uzhhorod direction to Volovets station, then go to the cottage by bus (except for weekends) or take a taxi to the Ski Resort in Izky village.

By car
Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn to Volovets village. In Volovets go until the roundabout, turn in Mizhgirya direction and go to Izky village centre, then turn towards Izki ski resort sign board. Go to the territory of the ski resort and leave the car in the parking lot (250 m from the cottage). You can also leave your car in the parking lot near the cottage (70 m from the cottage).
