Museums in Irshava

  • The museum was opened in 2007.
    There are more than 850 items in the exhibition. Here are represented exhibits from different historical periods of the region. The most interesting collections: stone hammers of Neolithic period, regional banknotes (1900-1945), glass bottles and gas lamps (19th-20th cent.), etc. There is also old clothing and footwear of the local residents in the exposition.
    Recently, the museum collections were updated by original documents and leaflets of the times of Carpathian Ukraine. There is also the new exposition of ATO represented with flags signed by the soldiers, bulletproof vest shot through and weapon used in the fighting.
