Historical and Cultural Museum of Radekhiv Region

Description:
Museum began its work in the new building in 2004 in the town centre. Over 1500 displays are located in six halls of the museum.

The exposition is divided into such parts: From the history of Ukrainian state creating, Archaeological monuments of the region, region's ethnography, Education and history of schools in Radekhiv region, Flora and fauna of the region, Prominent people of Radekhiv, National and liberation movement in Radekhiv region.

Each hall in the museum reproduces family, social and public life of the region. Village house design is very interesting, with its clothes, models of potter's articles, ancient coins, tools, a dummy of the kryjivka and a special nook of Ihor Bilozir.

Working hours:
From 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00, Saturday — day off.
