Four-storey house with 6 rooms (for 20 persons).
On the ground floor there is a two-room deluxe suite. It has a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, TV set), a sitting room (sofa bed, wardrobe, commode, TV set), a kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, tableware, dining table with chairs) and a bathroom (bath, WC, hairdryer).
On the first floor there is a lounge and an one-room deluxe suite. It has a bedroom (double bed, 2 sofa beds, wardrobe, TV set, balcony), a kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, tableware, dining table with chairs) and a bathroom (bath, WC, hairdryer).
On each first and second floors there are 2 rooms:
a standart room has a bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, TV set), a foreroom (wardrobe, fridge, electric kettle) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer);
a standart room with a kitchen has a bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, commode, TV set), a kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, tableware, dining table with chairs) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
Cottage with a studio apartment (for 3 person). It has a double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, a TV set, an air conditioner, a kitchen (electric stove, sink, fridge, tableware) and a bathroom (WC, shower, washing machine).

Water supply: cold and hot water.
On a big arranged territory there are barbecue facilities, a gazebo and a swing.
