The National Nature Park «Verkhovynsky» is situated within the area of Verkhovyna district in Ivano-Frankivsk region. This territory is the most remote and difficult for access in the Ukrainian Carpathians. It occupies the area of 12022,9 hectares. The park combines the nature complexes, typical for the Chyvchynski and Hrynyavski mountains that are of special environmental, recreational, historical, cultural and scientific value.
