The first room displays archaeological finds dated back to the times of primitive communal system in Khotyn region. Local curiosities are stone tools and items from Trypillia culture (fragments of pottery, stone axes, etc). In the second exhibition room there are two expositions — 'Khotyn as the land of ancient Slavic people' and 'Khotyn during the 10-17th centuries'. Visitors will definitely remember the model of Khotyn fortress and Cossack kleinods (Hetman regalia) displayed in the collection.
