On a closed landscaped area there is a two-storey cottage for 6 persons, 2 gazebos, barbecue facilities, a summer pool, a children's playground, a pond for fishing, an apiary.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace (couch, TV set, air conditioner, an entrance to the terrace);
a kitchen (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table);
a bathroom (shower, bidet, WC).
On the first floor there are 3 double rooms (each has a double bed or 2 single beds, clothes hanger, two rooms have a balcony, one room has an air conditioner and TV set).
