The museum's exposition numbers 95 household goods, 13 ancient icons, 18 rare books (1904-1944 years of issue), 35 written chronicles (history of settlements, establishments, organizations, Volovets outstanding persons biographies) and a great amount of photos and documents.
For visitors it will be interesting to observe an artificial hut of Verkhovyna, they can see there different things such as a tiny wooden spoon, a real loom (tambour), an embroidered with gold or silver clothes or even the whole set of folk clothes.
There are subject expositions, they are dedicated to the Second World War participants, the Afghan soldiers and to the participants in liquidation of the Chornobyl disaster, they have a common name — the Sorrow wall. Photodocuments from the history of Volovets culture monuments are collected separately. Photodocuments from the region development history of the XVIII-XIX centuries disclose the exposition, called the Recollection of the native land.
