There are 2 buildings with 6 rooms (up to 20 persons), a Russian bath, a wine cellar, a lake, gazebos and barbecue facilities. Heating: hot-water.

Double suite has a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV set, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and a bathroom (shower, WC). There are extra beds (folding sofa) in 3 rooms. Triple suite has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a TV set, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and a bathroom (shower, WC). Folding sofa makes an extra bed. Go along the road Kyiv—Lviv—Chop and follow Chynadiyovo road sign, then take the first turn to the right (near Snikers bar) and go 4,5 km further. The lodge is located on the right road side.
