Another name of the Lake is Morskie Oko (Sea Eye) (in the middle of the lake there is an little island resembling an apple of the eye).
It is the largest original lake in the Carpathian Mountains, located as high as 989 m above sea level. It is considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of Ukraine.
Today it is famous for beautiful landscapes surrounding it and several species of trout.

Children, students — 30 UAH.
