In Soymy village, 5 km to Mizhgirya village center, 200 m from the road Volovets–Mizhgirya, 7 to the ski lifts in Mizhgirya village.

On the territory there are two two-story houses, a gazebo, a barbecue, a swing, a hammock, a tank.

On the first floor with separate entrance from outside there is a kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, sink, table, TV set);
4 double rooms (in each room there is a double bed and wardrobe);
2 bathrooms (shower, WC, hairdryer; separately — WC).
Only the whole house is available for rent.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold (spring) and hot water is available 24 hours.
