On a closed area there is a two-storey house with 4 rooms (for 8-12 persons), two-storey cottage with 4 rooms, a cottage with a sauna, a grocery store, bath with jacuzzi, gazebo, barbecue facilities, a swing and a trout pond, children's playground on the territory.

on the first floor there are 4 double rooms (a double bed, clothes hanger, an extra bed — a folding bed; a bathroom — shower, WC).
