There is an extra bed (rollaway bed). On the first floor with a private entrance there is a room for 4 persons (4 single beds).

One-storey cottage for 2-3 persons There is a a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, TV set and a bathroom (shower, WC).
Near the house there is a garden, a gazebo and barbecue facilities.
Nearby there is a river and a forest.

In the hosts' house there is a dining room. Half board is available — 200 UAH.
Cooking facilities are available.

By public transport
Go by bus from Kyiv city, Khmelnytsky town or Ivano-Frankivsk town to Verkhovyna village. Then go by bus to Dzembronya village (runs several times a day) or take a taxi. The lodge is located on the left road side (the mark is the bridge across the river and Ksenya lodge road sign).

By car
Go from Ivano-Frankivsk town via Yaremche town, in Tatariv village follow Vorokhta/Kosiv road signs. In Iltsi village turn right and follow Burkut road sign. Go about 9 km more. The lodge is located on the left road side (the mark is the bridge across the river and Ksenya lodge road sign).
