In Chornohuzy village, 4 km from Vyzhnytsya town centre, 13 km to Nimchych (it is the nearest ski lift), 31 km to the ski lifts of Myhovo ski resort.

Two-storey cottage with 3 rooms.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a sitting room (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table, folding couch, TV set);
a wood-heated sauna and a medical vat with a cold pool.
On the first floor with a separate entrance from outside there are 3 rooms for 4 persons (each has a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony; two rooms have a bathroom — shower, WC).

Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

There is a gazebo, barbecue facilities, a swing, a trampoline and a table tennis.
