The suites have either a terrace. Studio room for 4 persons has a double bed, a folding sofa, a TV set, a wardrobe, a balcony and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Each room and suite has an electric kettle, a fridge and kitchen utensils.

The nearest cafè and food store are 50 m far.

Nearby there are health resorts such as Kvitka Polonyny and Kryshtaleve Dzherelo (the Crystal Spring). Treatment is available: stomach disorders (chronic gastritis, cholecystitis, stomach (gastric) ulcer, duodenal ulcer, erosive gastritis), diseases of the liver and biliary system, kidney diseases and endocrine system disorders.
