On the territory there is a three-storey house with 9 rooms (for 25 persons), a two-storey cottage with 3 rooms (for 5 persons), dining room for 40-45 persons, children's playground, gazebos, barbecue facilities, a vat and a sauna.

Go by bus Kyiv–Khmelnytsky–Ternopil–Ivano-Frankivsk–Verkhovyna. Then go by bus from Ivano-Frankivsk town in Verkhovyna village direction and by bus Verkhovyna–Shybene from Verkhovyna village to Zelene village.
By car
Go from Ivano-Frankivsk town via Yaremche town to Tatariv village, then go along the road Tatariv–Kosiv (Р-24) to Iltsi village. The lodge is located in the centre of Zelene village on the territory of the forestry.
