The museum was found in 2005. Its exposition — rich and various — is situated in an old building, the architectural monument of late XIX — early XX с., the former priest's house. Here "lives" the part of historic, cultural, ethnographic and archaeological heritage of national culture.

There is a section "History of One Excavation" in the museum exposition. It presents various local findings of different cultures. Section "Local Ethnography" represents material about every day life of countrymen in the mid XVIII — early XX c. There are also beautiful samples of national folk clothes, pottery and kitchen utensils.

Section "Literature and Art in Hlyboka district" depicts life and creative work of local poets and singers. A separate section informs about different historic periods in the district. Numerous documents and photos, letters, diplomas, rewards, personal things — all these exhibits inform about local events of II World War.

The museum regularly organizes various exhibitions and thematic lessons. Here the interesting meetings with writers, artists and folk masters take place, too.
