The Tourist Information Center main activities:
- creation and implementation of Chernivtsi city tourist brand;
- development and replication of tourist and excursion net in Chernivtsi and Bukovyna;
- the tourist portal making for providing with information about the city and the region;
- the designing, editing and spreading the information and advertising materials about Chernivtsi;
- assistance in participation in different fairs, business meetings, competitions, study tours, etc.;
- development the contacts with other regions to promote Chernivtsi and to share information;
- organization and conducting the public events for promotion of city tourist facilities.
There is the exhibition-sale of souvenirs and other things of folk masters.
