The modern three-storey building (with an elevator) consists of the hotel (68 rooms), the restaurant (150 persons), the café (24 persons), the disco and the conference room.
Near the hotel there is a summer ground. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Single room (3 rooms) has a single bed and a bathroom (WC, shower). There are 2 rooms 1st class of this type. Double room (47 rooms) has a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). There is a balcony in some rooms. There are 25 rooms 1st class of this type. Triple room (10 rooms) has 3 single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). Room for 4 persons (3 rooms) is a two-room suite, in one room there are 2 single beds, in others — a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). Semi deluxe suite (3 rooms) is a two-room suite with a bedroom (double bed), a sitting room (couch, wardrobe) and a bathroom (WC, shower). There is an entrance to the big balcony. Deluxe suite (2 rooms) is a three-room suite (2 bedrooms and a sitting room) with a balcony, in the first bedroom there are 2 single beds, in the second one there is a double bed, in the sitting room there is a big couch, a wardrobe, a fridge and a bathroom (WC, shower). Each room has a TV set and a phone.

Rate includes breakfast and supper in the restaurant or café. The restaurant (3 rooms for 150 persons, 200 persons and 300 persons), café for 24 persons.
Kozatske Selo (The Cossack Village) Recreation Area with separate huts and a dance floor.
Cuisine — Ukrainian and European. Room service (round the clock).
Wedding parties, corporate parties and banquets are available.

Ironing — 60 UAH per unit, laundry — 80 UAH per unit.
Sauna for 8 persons — 120 UAH per person per hour. Rate includes using of the swimming pool. 2 conference rooms for 50 and 200 persons, equipped with screen and projector. The charge of rent: big — 1000 UAH per day, small — 500 UAH per day. Shoe polishing.

Swimming pool — 55 UAH per hour per person (for children till 12 years — 35 UAH per hour per person). Rate includes sauna. There are parties in disco bar every day.
Billiards — 60 UAH per hour. Administration will take care of your leisure: tickets to theaters or cinema, guided tours.
