The village is located at the distance of 55 km from the district centre — Rozhnyativ village, in the valley of the Limnytsya river, surrounded by the mountains.
Near the village there is Pidlyute resort. There are quite curious facts about it. It became famous due to the metropolitans Selvestre Sembratovych and Andriy Sheptytsky. At the beginning of the 19th century, the metropolitan's residence called the Cedar Chamber was founded there.
The area is rarely visited by tourists because of its poor tourist infrastructure, rather bad roads and, as a result, no transport. The only way to get to the village is to go by bus departing from Kalush three times a day in the morning, and it takes about 3 hours. There are several groceries. There is no mobile connection.
The road Т-0901 leads to the village, the next village is Osmoloda and it is the last one on the road.
