On the large arranged area above the pond there are 6 cottages, a sauna, a children's playground.
There is a gazebo with barbecue facilities or a terrace near the each cottage.
Heating: electric convectors; there is no heating in some cottages (that can be leased just in warm season).
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen combined with a sitting room (electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, table, sofa bed, TV set);

On the first floor there is a terrace with a sofa bed;
2 double rooms (each one has a double bed, TV set, a bathroom — shower, WC).
