Worth seeing in Putyla

  • The National Park «Cheremosky» was established in 2011, November 25. Now its total area is 7117,5 hectares, including 5556 hectares granted for permanent use.
    The Park was created to protect the biodiversity and integrity of unique landscapes in the region. Sections of pine and fir-tree forests at Velykyy Kamin (Great Stone) mountain are of great importance. Local flora and fauna are famous for their great variety.
    The region is very popular thanks to its folk crafts, especially pottery, and places of life and activities of the prominent persons.
    Here the rural tourism starts to be popular, too.
