In the forest area there are 3 one-storey cottages (each for 2-4 persons) and a two-storey coittage (for 10-14 persons), a gazebo (electric cooker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink), a recreation area with barbecue facilities, summer swimming pool and a children's playground.
Heating: hot-water, the ground floor with heating, fan heater (in summer cottages).
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler

Cottages:
Two-storey cottage for 10-14 persons with a terrace
On the ground floor there is an outdoor terrace with a dining area and a chair-cocoon;
a kitchen with a sitting room (electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table, TV set, sofa bed);
a double room (double bed, clothes hanger, bedside tables);
a bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer).
On the first floor there is a hall with a lounge area and sofa bed;
4 double rooms (each has a double bed, clothes hanger, bedside tables; three rooms have a TV set, two rooms have a balcony);
a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer, cleaning and washing set).
Additional places are possible — 2 cots.
