On a large closed area there is an one-storey cottage for 2-3 persons with a sauna, a terrace with a pool, a living corner (pheasants, guinea fowls, sea chickens), a pond for fishing (carp, pike, catfish), barbecue facilities. There is a forest nearby.
In the cottage there is a kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table);
