In a five-storey building there is a hotel with 36 rooms, a reception with a lounge room, a restaurant, a sauna, a swimming pool, procedural rooms and a conference room. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Standard room (27 rooms) has a double bed, a TV set, a telephone, a fridge, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). Some rooms have balconies. Extra bed is available (folding armchair). Deluxe suite (9 rooms) is a two-room suite and has a bedroom (double bed, commode), a sitting room (TV set, telephone, fridge, wardrobe, balcony) and a bathroom (hydromassage shower, bidet, WC, hairdryer). Medical treatment course consists of 20-24 speleological therapy seances, is prescribed individually, depends on the course, phase and disease seriousness degree peculiarities.
Solotvyno Resort receives patients with bronchial asthma of different ponderosity degrees, chronic bronchitis with obstructive and bronchospastic component and with the phase before asthma.
Contraindications: ischemic heart disease, hypertonia, kidneys disease, central nervous system disease with cerebral blood circulation breaking. Treatment effectiveness is 80-86% among adults and 90-95% among children.
