Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 300 l boiler in a bathroom.
Near the house there is a gazebo with barbecue facilities.

Nearby there is a cafè and a food store.
Treatment:
Nearby the lodge there is Hirska Tysa (the Mountain Tysa) health resort medical building located.
Indications for treatment: musculature system diseases pathology; nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine systems diseases; metabolic disorders, dermatological diseases, digestive tract and thyroid gland diseases; diabetes mellitus, podagra, psoriasis, iron scarcity anaemia.
Service: mineral baths, ozokerite applique, massage, physiotherapeutic procedures.

Go by bus Ivano-Frankivsk–Mukacheve (–Rakhiv, –Solotvyno, –Khust), get off at the bus stop in Kvasy village centre.
