Modern three-storey building with 15 rooms, a wooden cottage with 5 rooms, a restaurant with a bar, a kolyba (traditional local restaurant, wooden house with open fireplace), gazebos, nicely arranged garden with a bathhouse, a summer outdoor swimming pool and a pond with trout. Rooms' interior is designed in the Carpathian style.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water (from a stream) and hot water is available 24 hours.

Double room has 2 single beds (2 rooms have a double bed). Semi deluxe suite has a double bed and a fridge. Either a folding sofa or an armchair makes an extra bed. The suite in the cottage has a terrace with a table. Deluxe suite is a two-room suite with a double bed and a fridge. Folding sofa in the sitting room makes extra beds. Every room has a TV set, a bathroom (WC, shower, 2 towels per person), a wardrobe and a balcony (except rooms in the cottage).

In the restaurant or in kolyba.
Traditional Ukrainian and Transcarpathian cuisine, trout dishes, open fire dishes (including shashlyk). Full-course meal for groups is available.
Room service is available for extra charge.

Ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer is available.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Wood-heated Russian bath with a lounge and a cooling pool — 400 UAH per hour, bath switch — 100 UAH, bathhouse attendant's service — on request. Transfers from Volovets station.

Conference hall (max. 70 persons), equipment — on request.

Billiards — 90 UAH per hour. Skiing equipment for both adults and children for hire, instructor's service.
Tennis court — 70 UAH per hour.
Bicycles for hire — 50 UAH per hour, 150 UAH per day. Outdoor swimming pool is free of charge.
Tours around the Transcarpathian, hiking, tourist equipment for hire.
Trips to the mountains by HAZ-66 (ГАЗ-66) car. Fishing (private trout farm).

Follow the road Kyiv — Lviv — Chop (М-06), after Nyzhni Vorota village take a turn to Zhdeniyevo. At the end of the village on the left side you will see the hotel.
