Three-storey house with 10 rooms (20 persons). Only the first and the second floors are for rent.
Each floor has an equipped kitchen (table, chairs, electric cooker and kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils);
5 semi deluxe suites (each suite has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, bathroom — shower, WC). One room has a folding sofa, some of them have balconies. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water from a stream is available 24 hours.

There is a playground for children, a gazebo with barbecue facilities and a swing.

Cooking facilities. Half board is available and should be arranged in advance (not far from the lodge). Ukrainian cuisine.
It is 200 m to the nearest store, cafè and restaurant.

Near the lodge there are Kvitka Polonyny and Kryshtaleve Dzherelo spa resorts, where patients are treated fron stomach illnesses (chronic gastritis, cholecystitis, stomach ulce, erosive gastritis), liver illnesses and bilious tract ilnesses, diseases of kidney and endocrine system.
