Economy class room (4 rooms) has 2 single beds, a TV set, a fridge, an air conditioner and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Standard double room (9 rooms) has 2 single beds, a TV set, a fridge, an air conditioner, a balcony and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Semi deluxe suite (14 suites) has a double bed, a TV set, a fridge, an air conditioner, tableware, a balcony and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). One of the suites is for newly weds. Deluxe suite (3 suites) is a two-room suite with separate entrances and has double bed, a wardrobe, 2 TV sets, a fridge, a mini-bar, an electric kettle, tableware, an air conditioner, a safe, a checkroom and a bathroom (bath, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe). All rooms (except economy room) can offer extra beds.

In cottages
Deluxe suite (5 suites) is a two-tier suite for 4 persons with a private entrance.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room (sofa bed, table with chairs, TV set, mini kitchen — fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils) and a bathroom (WC).
On the first floor there is a bedroom (double bed, bedside tables, commode, TV set, wardrobe, balcony) and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). Extra beds are available — folding beds.
There is one superior suite of this class (deluxe suite+).

Outdoor swimming pool (8х15 m, depth — 1.6 m) — 50 UAH per day, children under 10 — UAH 30. Nearby there is a summer terrace with sunbeds. The terrace can be used to celebrate weddings or banquets during summer period. The restaurant can be leased for banquets, presentations, special solemn events, corporate parties, anniversaries, family holidays.
