Two-storey house with 6 rooms (for 13 persons), a gazebo with barbecue facilities, a swing and a tramoilne. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table, TV set);
2 double rooms (each one has a double bed or sofa bed, TV set, one room has wardrobe);
a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
On the first floor there is a lounge room with a couch;
3 double rooms (each one has a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV set);
triple room (3 single beds, wardrobe);
a bathroom (shower, WC). The hosts live separately.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), pass Nyzhni Vorota village and turn in Mizhgirya direction. In Pylypets village turn towards Shypit sign board and go 5 km more, cross the bridge over the rive (on the left side of the road, by the tubs), then go upwards. The lodge is on the left side of the road.
