There is a garden, a gazebo, barbecue facilities, a kolyba (traditional local dining room) and a forest nearby the house.
On the first floor there is four-room apartment.
Four-room apartment has a lounge, kitchen, dining room, 4 rooms (double bed, TV set, wardrobe), a bathroom (WC, shower). Two rooms have sofa beds.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Cooking facilities are available.

Laundry and ironing facilities, hairdryer, barbecue facilities.
Picking up and transfer from the railway station in Slavske village.

By car
Go along the road Kyiv — Lviv — Chop (M-06), after Skole town turn towards Slavske village. From the church in Slavske go towards Volosyanka village almost 1.5 km, then turn to the right after the house in Ustyyanovych street, 70. The house is on the right side of the road (green building).
