On the ground floor there is a sitting room (sofa bed, armchair, TV set, table with chairs), a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and tableware) and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (double bed, wardrobe) and a bathroom (WC). One bedroom has a bathroom (WC, shower). Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The hosts live separately.

Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
The entire house is leased.

Nearby there is a river (swimming and fishing are available).

Full board is available and should be requested in advance, Ukrainian cuisine.
