On the first floor there is a lounge and 5 rooms. On the second floor there are 3 rooms.

Water supply: cold and hot water is available round the clock.

One-room suite (#1, 2, 4, 7) has a double bed or 2 single beds, a TV set, a fridge, an electric kettle and a bathroom (WC, shower). In #2 and #4 there is a balcony. Studio (#5, 6) has 2 single beds, a folding chair, a TV set, a fridge, an electric kettle and a bathroom (WC, shower). Two-room suite (#3, 9) has a sitting room (sofa bed, TV set, fridge, balcony), a bedroom (2 single beds, TV set), a bathroom (WC, bidet, shower).
