A complex of wooden cottages with 14 rooms (for 35 persons), a cafe. There is a swimming pool, a vat, 2 large gazebos (one has with a fireplace) and barbecue facilities on the territory.

Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), after Skole turn towards Slavske. In the village go to the railway station, then go to Dynamo complex; cross the village centre and go to the chair lift on Trostyan mountain (about 650 m from the turn). The hotel is located on the left side of the road. Tou can arrange transfer by the hotel administration from Slavske railway station.
