In Нижня Рожанка village center, 10 km to Slavske village center and to the railway station, 9 km to the nearest ski lift.

Two-storey house for 3 rooms (6 persons).
On the ground floor there is a dining room (dining tables, TV set);
a wood-heated sauna.
On the first floor there is a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table, TV set, sofa bed);
3 double rooms (each has a double bed or 2 single beds, clothes hanger, TV set; а bathroom — shower, WC).

Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler.
