Near the house there is a spring (its chemical composition is close to mineral), gazebos and barbecue facilities, 2 ponds and children's playground. In the house on the ground floor there is a lounge room with fireplaces, on the first floor there is a lounge room with TV set and a couch.
Heating: hot-water, no heating in summer cottage.
Water supply: cold (spring) water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler in bathroom.

From Lviv go by bus from the railway station (sets off each hour). Arrange transfer from the bus station in Skhidnytsya in advance.
Another variant — go by train to Truskavets, then go by bus (sets off each hour) to Skhidnytsya.

Go to Skhidnytsya via Truskavets. On the first crossroads in Skhidnytsya go to the right towards Novyj Kropyvnyk side (Kyivska Rus — the Kyiv Rus hotel on the left), pass by OKKO patrol station (on the right side of the road), in almost 2.5 km there is the lodge (on the left side of the road).
