Cottage #2 (for 7 persons) On the ground floor there is a sitting room combined with a dining room (fireplace, TV set);
a kitchen area (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric stove, coffee-machine, toaster, kitchen utensils);
a double room (2 single beds, that can be moved apart);
a bathroom (shower, WC). On the first floor there is a double room (2 single beds);
a triple room (double bed and single bed).
Each room has a TV set and a bathroom (shower, WC).
Cottage #3 (for 8-12 persons) On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace;
a kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric cooker, sink, kitchen utensils);
a bathroom (WC). On the first and on the second floors there are 2 double rooms (double bed, TV set, wardrobe, sofa bed, a bathroom — WC, shower).
Cottage #6 (for 4-6 persons) On the ground floor there is a sitting room combined with a dining room (fireplace, sofa bed, TV set);
a kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric cooker, kitchen utensils);
a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). On the first floor there are 2 double rooms (double bed, clothes hanger);
a bathroom (WC);
a balcony.
Cottage #8 (for 8-10 persons) On the ground floor there is a kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric cooker, kitchen utensils);
a sitting-dining room (sofa bed, TV set);
a double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV set);
a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). On the first floor there are 3 double rooms (each one has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony; a bathroom — WC, shower, hairdryer). Near the cottage there is a gazebo with a fireplace and a swing.

Heating: fireplace, electric heaters, underfloor heating.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Cottages are located near a mountain and a forest. There are gazebo and barbecue grill near the cottages, and some cottages of hotel type.

In the kolyba (2 halls for 70 and 100 persons, children's room) — should be arranged in advance. 10% discount for stay in the cottage.

Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed on request, bed linen is changed every week or on request.

In a separate fenced house there is a vat for 5-6 persons with mineral sulfide water — 500 UAH per hour, every next hour — 400 UAH. There is a cold pool.
In the New Year period (Dec 28 - Jan 20) — 1200 UAH per hour. Extra service: sauna for 5-6 persons — 600 UAH per 2 hours is available. There is a lounge room with a fireplace. Swimming pool with heating (t = 27-32ºC) — 100 UAH.
The wooden hut may be used as a conference room.

The nearest ski lift is 1,5 km from the cottages.
Hiking, horseback riding, sleigh rides in winter.
