On the ground floor there are the hosts' rooms.
On the first floor with the private entrance there is a lounge room with a sofa and a kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils);
3 double rooms (in each room — double bed, wardrobe, TV set; in one room there is an extra bed — sofa bed);
a bathroom (WC, shower).
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 80 l boiler.

Near the house there is a garden, a swing, a gazebo and barbecue facilities.
