Two-storey cottage (for 6-12 persons), one-storey house (for 4-6 persons), 2 gazebos, barbecue facilities, tandir, a garden and a shop (grocery and essential goods).

Cottage The first floor has its own entrance from the outside. There is a kitchen (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink) and a dining room (dining tables, TV set);
3 double rooms (each one has a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a TV set, an extra beds (folding sofa) and a bathroom — shower, WC, bidet). There are balconies in 2 rooms.
House In the house there are 2 bedrooms (double bed and single bed or 2 double beds, clothes hanger or wardrobe, TV set) and a bathroom (WC, shower, laundry facilities). There is also a hosts' room and a kitchen (cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils) for common use in the house.
Heating: electrical convectors.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.

Full board is available and should be requested in advance, Ukrainian cuisine.
Cooking facilities.
There is a shop in the yard.

Parking, laundry and ironing facilities.
Taxi call.
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet.
Gazebo, barbecue facilities with firewood.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every 5 days or on request, towels (2 per person) are changed on request.

Transport service (minibus for 14 persons).
The hosts can sell you Carpathian mushrooms.

Hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, horseback riding (also in light carriage), sleigh rides in winter.
Fishing.
Sightseeing tours to Yaremche, Bukovel and around the Carpathians.

By public transport
Go by bus Kyiv — Khmelnytsky — Ternopil — Ivano-Frankivsk — Verkhovyna. From Ivano-Frankivsk go by bus towards Verkhovyna village. Get off in Iltsi village near the turn towards Krasnyk village (Burkut village). It is available to arrange transfer by the hosts in advance.

By car
From Ivano-Frankivsk go via Yaremche town, in Tatariv village turn towards Vorokhta/Kosiv sign board. In Iltsi village turn to the right towards Burkut village sign board. Go near 2.5 km, the lodge is on the right side of the road.
