Two-storey house with 3 rooms In the basement, in 2 big rooms there are 2 fonts (hot 38-40°С with herbs, and cold), sauna for 6 persons (electric Finnish sauna and wood-heated sauna), a steam bath for 6 persons (like Roman steam bath), a SPA-swimming pool with atomizers set, a steam box for 2 persons, a solarium without UV radiation, a lounge room (couch, small table, armchair) and a bathroom (WC). On the ground floor there is a sitting room (sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 wardrobes, 2 armchairs, wood-burning fireplace, TV set), a kitchen-dining room (electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, table with chairs for 12 persons, TV set), a double room (double bed, commode, TV set, shower) and a bathroom in the basement. On the first floor there is a billiard room (Russian billiards, couch, small table, mini bar, TV set), 2 double rooms (double bed, commode, TV set) and a bathroom (WC, bidet, shower, jacuzzi, underfloor heating). There is a ladder, which leads to the attic, in summer it is available to sleep there on mattresses with hay. TV sets are with satellite network, special music fittings.
Cot and baby's playpen are available.
In the yard there is an outdoor swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.2 m, depth 1.7 m) with heating, illumination, counterflow and waterfall, and a gazebo with barbecue facilities.
The hosts live separately.
