Three-storey house for 4-11 persons. There is a dining room (10 persons) on the basement floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a room #1 (double bed, single bed, TV set, wardrobe) and a separated bathroom (WC; bath). On the first floor there is two-room suite #2 (one room has a double bed, TV set, another has a double bed, single bed, TV set, wardrobe, safe, a balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC). On the third floor there is a room #3 (spacious room on mansard, decorated with wood). There is a double bed, a TV set, a sofa bed and a separated bathroom (shower; WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — boiler.

One-storey house for 2-5 persons In the house there is a kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, tableware);
2 bedrooms (one room has a double bed, single bed, commode, table, clothes hanger, TV set; in the other room there are 2 single beds, wardrobe, table with chairs);
a bathroom (shower; WC). Heating: stove.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 50 l boiler.

There is a restaurant (kolyba), a swing and a gazebo.
Hosts live separately.

By public transport
To Ivano-Frankivsk by train, then by "marshrutka" (shuttle bus), then by train Lviv — Rahiv or by diesel train to Mykulychyn village.

By car
To Ivano-Frankivsk, then follow the road H-09 to Mykulychyn village. In Mykulychyn pass the Zori Karpat hotel and the bridge, turn to the left and drive another 300 m. The cottage is on the right side of the road.
