On the ground floor there is a verandah (table with benches);
a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, dining table, kitchen utensils, sink);
a sitting room (couch, TV set, table with benches);
a two-room deluxe suite (a sitting room — sofa bed, wardrobe, table with chairs; a bedroom — double bed, wardrobe, TV set; a bathroom — bath, WC, washing machine).
On the first floor there is a lounge with billiards;
2 double rooms (each one has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony, one room has an extra bed — sofa bed; a bathroom — shower, WC).
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Go by bus Lviv–Khust, Lviv–Tyachiv, Kyiv–Khust to Vyshkiv village. When in Vyshkiv, get off in the village center (near Zatore and Yalynka hotels). The villa is located opposite Yalynka hotel.
By car
In Dolyna on the ring road turn after sign board to Mizhhirya, in Vyshkiv center behind the Zator hotel to turn to the right and go near 70 m to the villa.
