Location:
In Pylypets village, 3 km from the village centre and from the road Volovets–Mizhgirya, 2 km to the ski lift (Mahura mountain).
Convenient asphalted approach.
Accommodation:
Two-storey house with 8 rooms (for 16-17 persons).
There are barbecue facilities, a gazebo, a swing, a sauna and Real Vat outside.
On the ground floor there is a foreroom with a wardrobe, a kitchen, a dining room and 3 semi deluxe suites.
On the first floor there are 3 semi deluxe suites, 2 double standart rooms and a bathroom.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
Rooms:
Double room — a double bed or 2 single beds, clothes hanger, balcony; a bathroom on the floor (shower, WC).
Semi deluxe suite — a double bed, clothes hanger; a bathroom (shower, WC). One room has an extra bed — a folding bed.
Meals:
Should be arranged.
Cooking facilities are available (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils).
The nearest cafe is 2 km far and a grocery store is 50 m far.
Service includes:
Parking, taxi call.
Сable television.
Wi-Fi internet.
Loundry, ironing facilities, hairdryer.
Room for ski equipment drying.
Luggage lodging.
Barbecue facilities.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and towels (2 per person) are changed every 4 days.

Transport service (car and bus for 8 persons).
Sauna for 6 persons with a lounge room — 500 UAH per 1 hour. Minimum order — 2 hours.
Vat for 6-8 persons — 1400 UAH per  hour. Minimum order — 2 hours.
Sports and leisure facilities:
Sightseeing tours, hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, horseback riding — should be arranged.

How to get there:
By public transport
Go by train of Uzhgorod town direction to Volovets station, then go by bus (doesn't run on SA and SU) or take a taxi.

By car
Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn towards Mizhgirya village. In Pylypets village turn towards Shypit road sign and go about 3 km to the lodge. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
