The Dniester Canyon is the biggest one in Ukraine and one of the biggest in Europe. The National Park 'Dniester Canyon' was established in 2010 to save the natural, historical and cultural complexes and objects of forest and steppe regions in Buchach, Borshchiv, Zalishchyky and Monastyrska districts of Ternopil region.
