MUSEUM OF HISTORY AND REGIONAL ETHNOGRAPHY

Description:
The museum was founded in 2008. It is a section of Belz state historic and architectural preserve. The museum is placed in the building of the Town Hall (XVII с.). Today the museum exposition is displayed in one room and numbers more than 100 exhibits. There are four sections in the museum exposition: section of archaeology, archival one, that of history and ethnography.

The archival section contains a number of ancient articles. The section of ethnography represents household utensils, folk clothes, embroidery. Besides, the wooden sculpture of St. Peter that comes from the end of XVI — the beginning of XVII с., is worth seeing.

9:00-17:00, lunch time 13:00-14:00; closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Adults — 5 UAH.
Children — Free.
