Two-storey wooden cottage for 6-8 persons, a summer terrace, barbecue facilities and a sauna. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace (folding couch, armchair, table, TV set, home cinema, entrance to the terrace), a kitchenette (table, fridge, electric cooker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils) and a bathroom (WC, shower, bath). On the first floor there is a lounge room and 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, a TV set and a bathroom (WC), another bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed and a balcony. In the basement there is a sauna with an outdoor terrace.
Heating: electric convectors, a fireplace in the sitting room.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Nearby there is a river and a forest.

Should be required in advance, Ukrainian cuisine.
It is available to prepare meals in the kitchen by yourself.
The nearest shop and cafè are 3 km far.

Go along the road Kyiv — Lviv — Chop (M-06), after Skole town turn towards Slavske. 2 km before Slavske village turn to the left towards Nyzhnya Rozhanka village sign board and go about 5 km more, cross 2 bridges, in 400 m turn to the left over the bridge, then go almost 30 m and before the lifting gate turn to the left towards the houses, then go upwards till the end of the street.
