AT TREMBITAR'S museum

Description:
The museum was founded by Mykola Iliuk (a musician, the head of the musical group "Hutsuly", the owner of the museum).
At the museum of Hutsul life and art "At trembitar’s" you can learn about the origin of Hutsuls as well as the life and crafts of Hutsul men and everyday life of Hutsul women. Take a look at traditional Hutsul clothes (and even try them on), find out more about musical instruments played all around Hutsulshchyna and learn some facts about Hutsul traditions.
There is also an extension to the museum where such exhibits as a loom, viiachka (they use it to separate the ray from the chaff), a grindstone, millstones, a lathe, an oil-mill, a mortar, etc. are shown.
There are musical instruments workshops (you can play the trembita, the drymba, the cymbals and go to the Hutsul dance).
We have a musical performance in a form of a fairy tale for our young visitors. During this excursion children can try playing musical instruments (bells, a pipe, etc.)

Enjoy the range of traditional Hutsul dishes. Pay attention! You'll have to order dishes in advance from the menu of the museum.
