Asphalted road makes an approach to the lodge.

There is a two-storey wooden house and a one-storey cottage, gazebo, barbecue facilities, a playground, a swing and a trampoline outside and also one more gazebo near the river.

Water supply: cold (spring) and hot water is available 24 hours.
