On the large arranged area there are 3 cottages: one cottage with 4 rooms and 2 Eco cottages with apartments (each has a separate entrance from outside); a kitchen with a dining room, garden, terrace, gazebo, sandbox, hammock, barbecue facilities.
3 km far there are Zakutok and Chichka cottages. Heating: stove or electric convector heaters.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — boilers for 100-160 l.

2 bedrooms (each has a double bed, clothes hanger, terrace, a bathroom — shower, WC). Two-storey wooden cottage with 4 rooms On the ground floor there is a kitchen (kitchen hearth, electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table);
a sitting room (couch, verandah with a table with chairs);
a bathroom (bath, bidet, WC, washing machine).
On the first floor there is a family suite (is a spacious studio suite with 2 double beds, and a TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC);
2 standart rooms (each has a double bed, commode, TV set);
a 1st class standart room with panoramic windows (double bed, a folding armchair, commode, TV set);
a bathroom (shower, bidet, WC). With a separate entrance from outside there is a room with panoramic roof and with a terrace (double bed, wardrobe, TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC; a terrace — sofa bed, coffee table, 2 armchairs). The hosts live in the house.

On a separate area there are 2 cottages, 2 gazebos, children's playground, swing, hammock and barbecue facilities.
Zakutok cottage with 4 rooms (3 km far from the house) In the cottage there is a terrace;
a kitchen (gas cooker, fridge, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table);
2 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, one room has a bathroom — shower, WC);
a triple room (double bed, wardrobe, TV set, a bathroom — shower, WC);
a room for 4 persons (double bed, wardrobe, TV set, a bathroom — shower, WC). There is no heating in the room for 4 persons.

Chichka cottage (for 2-4 persons)
On the ground tier there is a kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table, TV set, sofa bed);
a bathroom (shower, WC).
On the first tier there is a bedroom (double bed).

Breakfast — 170 UAH, lunch or dinner — 250 UAH.
Cooking facilities in a separate kitchen for guests are available (dining tables, TV set, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils).
There is a grocery store nearby.

By public transport
Go by train or by bus to Chernivtsi city, then from the bus station go by bus Chernivtsi–Putyla (departs every hour from 7:55 till 18:00). Get off at the bus stop in Petrashi (ask the driver to stop in Petrashi near the bridge). Then cross the bridge, turn left onto the road and go up 70 m to Khata Rizbyara lodge (Woodcarver's House).
Go by train or by bus to Іvano-Frankivsk city, then go by bus to Kosiv town. From Kosiv town go by fixed route bus to Biloberizka village (departure every day except Sunday).

By car
Go from Іvano-Frankivsk city via Kosiv town, from Chernivtsi city via Vyzhnytsya town to Pidzakharychi village. From here go about 14 km to Biloberizka village.
