The MUSEUM of REGIONAL HISTORY and ETHNOGRAPHY

Description:
Hut-museum, where a private collection of Lyubov Vartsabiuk is kept.
The exposition is located in three halls.
The first hall tells us the history of the Kosmach village since ancient times. Collected materials are about the churches building; societies, which functioned there; photodocuments of O. Novakivsky.

The next exposition is devoted to patriarch Volodymyr's life and activity, in public — Vasyl Romanyuk. In 1968-1972 he served in the church of St Petro and Pavlo. Kosmach churches and Akryshora village church history. The icons and things, church belonging are presented there. There is the place, which is devoted to V. Chornovil, who was christened by patriarch Volodymyr and there are documents about the movement of the Sixtiers, who came to Kosmach.

In the third hall the exposition of the Kosmach modern clothes and weaving collection is represented.

There is the collection of Easter eggs, manners and customs things.

Working hours:
The museum can be observed at any time, but it should be arranged by phone in advance.
There is no entrance fee.
